Our Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date for orders placed on www.spaceproductsusa.com and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii and Alaska), APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses are final. How do I receive a refund on my item(s)?

How is my money returned:
Once we receive your request, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. PayPal / Credit / Debit Cards:  If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be issued back to your card. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account, or credit card will vary. 

My product is damaged:
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO CONTACT US. Please email us at team@spaceproductsusa.com with your order number and a photo of the product you received. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, the sale will be final.

Lost or Stolen Items:
Once we transfer Space Products orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered.
However please email us within 5 days of your scheduled delivery and we can attempt to assist you and contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
